In the design phase our technical office interfaces with the customer for the project development and set up, then a flow casting simulation is carried out, which permits to display possible, critical feeding issues. 

Through the use of a 3D printer we are able to support the customer in the co-design phase.

The final aim is to guarantee a constant assistance to the customer together with quality standards suitable to meet all requirements. 

PRODUCTION
Each single batch is provided with:
• Certificate of chemical analysis
• X-Ray control carried out by qualified staff, with the possibility to have videos and/or images 
• Tensile strength tests
• Metallographic reports
• Dimensional reports achieved with 3D laser scanner 

All controls are internal and carried out by our qualified technicians. 

FINISHING 
According to specific requirements, the castings can be delivered:
• sandblasted with stainless steel
• processed with heat treatment (temper, solution annealing, artificial ageing)
• mechanically machined 
• vibro-finished
• powder coated or processed with electrophoresis treatment
• anodized
• impregnated

• Two installations for radioscopic castings control
